Every product is carefully packed. Please specify special shipping instructions during order checkout if needed. On request, we will be happy to provide hand-written personalized notes.
Please note that as all products are hand-made and made-to-order, we aim to process and dispatch all orders within twenty (20) business days.
If for any reason we cannot deliver your order within twenty (20) business days of your placing it, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to a full refund to the original method of payment.
Duties & Taxes
All international orders may be subject to duties and taxes. These can include customs and import tax which are established by your local customs authorities and may be a government requirement of import. The payment of such are the customer’s responsibilities and AEfolio has no control over these and will not refund customers for any charges. Please contact your local customs office if you would like more information regarding duties and taxes.
Cancelling and returning your order
Please note that the cancellation right does not apply in the case of following item(s):
- Item(s) made to your specification (including but not limited to products with engraving)
Only the price paid in the Website will be refunded, and AEfolio will not refund any taxes, charges or other fees applied to the order by your country of residence, customs or authorities.
AEfolio is not responsible for damage or loss caused during return shipping. Only tracked shipping is accepted for returning products.
Returns of defective products and returns due to faulty deliveries
If the Product(s) delivered to you are defective or are not the items you ordered, please contact our Customer Service. Please note that you will be required to provide us with clear photographic evidence of the alleged fault or damage.
When the Product(s) have been damaged in transportation, are otherwise defective or are not the items you ordered, our Customer Service will arrange for the replacement or refund of such product(s). Replacements are only possible if we have the items in stock, in other cases you will receive a refund.
Please note that we will only refund any return delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer, unless otherwise confirmed by us in writing.
We encourage you to inspect the Products you will receive from AEfolio as soon as practicable after delivery. In the event the shipment carton’s seal appears broken on delivery, please do not sign for, and reject delivery.
AEfolio will only review and accept good faith claims for damaged or defective goods if the claims are made:
- In writing or by phone, detailing the defect or damage, with photography support, and
- Within five (5) business days of your receipt of the goods
In the event that goods returned by you are not authorized by AEfolio, AEfolio will apply a restocking fee at the rate of twenty-five (25%) percent of the amount we originally invoiced for such returned goods.
A 25% restocking fee will be applied to shipments that are refused at delivery. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
AEfolio is not responsible for any returns that go missing or lost on their way to us.
